Happy New Year cheese lovers!  Come toast with us as we host a Stracciatella cheese making class while drinking all the sparkling wine!
H&J's own Bill Reed will be teaching everyone a simple Stracciatella recipe that can easily be made at home, your friends will be very impressed.  Once it's ready, we will serve it up with fresh bread &amp; other perfect pairings.  And while learning how to make delicious cheese, we will serve our students sparkling wine from the USA!
Tickets are required to reserve a seat.  Price is $25 per person.  Space is very limited
The class will be about 2 hours
