You’ve done customer discovery, gathered a ton of data, and think you know them well, now what?

The next step is value proposition design to create compelling messaging that resonates, ensure you’re building something that really solves problems in the marketplace, and aligns your team on the patterns of value creation that are relevant to you.

In this interactive session, we’ll learn how to use the value proposition canvas to find fit between what you offer and what your customers want.

This is a HYBRID training session.

About the Presenter:
Jon Minder is a growth-stage and middle-market executive and advisor known for driving results at companies ranging from early-stage startups to global brands. His work spans strategy, operations, and marketing, helping organizations scale growth, navigate transitions and turnarounds, and compete in an era defined by AI and emerging technologies. Minder partners closely with boards, investors, and leadership teams to translate bold vision into disciplined execution.

He is the founder of Maximus Ventures, a boutique strategy consultancy focused on growth, innovation, and organizational performance. With a philosophy rooted in championship team building, Minder combines analytical rigor with a leadership philosophy rooted in accountability, culture, and continuous improvement to help teams perform at the highest level. He holds an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego.
