Spark Makerspaceis a nonprofit membership-based organization in downtown New London, Connecticut. Our mission: Supporting makers with the space, equipment, education, and community to create a spark in their creativity.Members contribute monthly dues to share Spark's Woodshop, Electronics and Technology Lab, Printshop, Fiber Arts Studio, and Stained Glass Studio

Spark Makerspace's annual Summer Melt is a celebration of Art and Technology. This year we are presenting a family fun day in the Hygienic Art Park celebrating New London Connecticut's community of Makers. Ice cream to be had by all! Including interactive creative activities led by Spark members in the areas of Electronics, Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Fiber Arts, Woodworking, and Glass Arts! Have some summer fun and help us celebrate the act of making!
