Learners will learn about the HACCP system that contains fundamentals (Good Manufacturing Practices), Supporting Elements - Pre - Requisiste Programs and HACCP Plans built by using 7 HACCP principles. Participants will leave the class with a template of HACCP Plan designed according to standards required by food manufacturing industry.
