Silicon Valley, USA- October 10, 2017 - In an effort to accelerate the commercialization of the space industry, Draper University has partnered with the Global Startup Ecosystem and LightSpeed Innovations to host the 2018 Space Tech Summit. Space Tech Summit brings together hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, and creatives under one roof together to address humanity’s grandest challenges via space commercialization.

The central theme of the space tech summit is to inspire, encourage, and celebrate the vast potential of business in Space! Day one is centered on “The Ecosystem Influencers of Space Tech” with a deep dive look at the contributions of VC fund managers, angel investors, research think tanks, government and corporate innovators to drive the space industry to new heights. Day two is centered on “The Future Exploration and Commercialization of Space” with an analysis of the technologies being used to kick off startups, smes and industries within the Space arena.
