Space is increasingly becoming congested, contested and competitive domain both by private and nation-state actors. With the growing capabilities and subsequent reliance on space systems it is imperative that activities are taken to enhance the safety, security and resilience of the sector.This aim of this event is to bring together representatives from the across the space sector to collaboratively discuss the security risks to commercial space operations and how they could be addressed.The event will provide opportunities for industry to help inform the Security &amp; Resilience team's priorities in what risks should be addressed and how. This event will consist of a series of interactive sessions in which we are looking to:<ol><li>Develop the Agency’s understanding of the current and emerging space system architecture.</li><li>Enhance the Agency’s awareness of the threats to and vulnerabilities of that architecture.</li><li>Elicit participants' expertise and insights on barriers and opportunities in adressing the identified vulnerabilities and threats.</li></ol>A draft agenda on the format of the day is outlined below. Agenda

Opening session to welcome and introduce participants. This will be followed by a brief presentation  outlining the purpose and format of the day.

Introductions and scene setting

Interactive exercise to elicit insight and knowledge from attendees to confirm and inform the UKSA's understanding of space system architecture

Threats, Hazards and Vulnerabilities

Following on the development of the architecture understanding, this exercise will look to establish where and how space systems are could be attacked and compromised.

Time to draw on expertise from attendees to discuss the barriers and opportunities to developing a more safe and secure space environment.
