Join us at Olive Grove Park on Sunday, May 18th, from 12:30-2:30 pm, for a very exciting collaborative workshop! We are teaming up with Jesse Greenfield from Kaleidoscope Training Center to tap into our full body awareness with Play with Your Queerness
This workshop is playful and interactive, because healing happens when we get out of our heads and into our bodies! Jesse will be connecting each activity to *sober curiosity.
If this type of workshop feels new and scary, lean in! This will be an incredibly safe, communicative space. You are welcome to opt out of any of the games and are encouraged to observe (if you so wish!)
This event is 18+, LGBTQ+ centered, and sober-friendly. This event is donation-based. 🌈

*Sober curiosity refers to a mindful approach to alcohol and substance use, often involving periods of abstinence or reduced consumption to explore personal well-being, social connections, and overall health. It's about questioning drinking norms, embracing alternatives, and creating supportive environments that respect individual choices without pressure to consume alcohol.
