Gallery Underground will host its third partnership exhibition for students from the Arlington Career Center. For this year’s show, students have decided to explore the concept of “SPACE”. “Space is where we are but also where we aren’t. Space is something we don’t fully understand but allows for so much possibility.” Come join us at the exhibition this June to challenge your perception of space.
Through mentorship of Arlington Artists Alliance member volunteers, the students will develop and produce a professional caliber art show. Students will learn all aspects of art show production, including framing, pricing art, and curating the exhibition, as well as creating the postcard for the event, performing music at the opening reception, and capturing the event on video. Arlington Artists Alliance and Gallery Underground will donate 30% of all proceeds to the Arlington Career Center Art Department
