Our live Zoom First-Time Homebuyer workshops are held over two evenings and are led by HUD-certified housing counselors with plenty of time to answer your questions about the homebuying process. Join from your computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
This workshop will take place over two days: Tuesday, August 20 & Thursday August 22, 2024, 5-8 PM via your computer, tablet or cell phone. You are required to attend both sections to receive your certificate. The certificate is needed to qualify for Maryland State and Baltimore City down payment and closing cost assistance programs.
The workshop will have important and necessary information in both sections. We encourage you to participate actively and interact with us! We will do attendance checks in both sections so you qualify to receive your certificate of completion of the 6 hour workshop.
This is the first step in the home buying process. Learn everything you need to know to get a loan, pay for renovations, and qualify for down payment and closing cost assistance programs in Baltimore City.
