First annual South Shore Bass Open is a team bass tournament which will be held August 3rd and 4th, 2024 in Hammond, Indiana on the shores of Lake Michigan. Cal Sag Bass Anglers, in conjunction with the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority and the Hammond Marina are hosting this event. ****Fishing is limited to the Indiana and Illinois waters of Lake Michigan and its tributaries including but not limited to the Cal Sag Channel, Lake Calumet and the Chicago River**** This event will also benefit some local and national charities.
