South Loop Neighbors represents South Loop residents who are concerned about: Ensuring high-quality, reasonably-sized real estate development as well as infrastructure improvements that respect the unique character of our community.- Preserving and protecting the area's Landmark Districts, including Printing House Row and Historic Michigan Boulevard.- Promoting quality education, recreation, services, retail, community activities, and events.- Maintaining a socially, culturally, and economically diverse neighborhood.- Developing strong relationships with key city officials to ensure they respect, hear, and act on the concerns and ideas of the South Loop community.South Loop Neighbors serves members and residents within the area bounded by Congress Parkway to approximately 35th Street and from the Chicago River to Lake Michigan.www.southloopneighbors.org

Join the South Loop Neighbors on Sunday October 30 &amp; spending time with your neighbors &amp; friends for our 5th Annual PUB CRAWL! Participants will have the opportunity to visit 5 Printers Row establishments. Your registration fee will provide you with discounted drink specials along with appetizers &amp; door prizes at the last stop! Plus, with the crawl happening this year the day before Halloween, there will be a costume contest incorporated into the crawl with Prizes for Most Creative &amp; Best Couple Costumes!Starting at Bar Louie (47 W.
