Are there other options for entry on NYE?

Accepted Answer

There are no guaranteed entry options on NYE outside of ticket holders. We highly recommend purchasing as soon as possible to secure your spot celebrating with us, this event sold out in advance last year!

Is the event all ages?

The event Is 21+ only. Valid 21+ ID required for entry, no exceptions.

Question 3

What are the security requirements for entry?

Accepted Answer

Bags are allowed, subject to search. Metal detectors will be used at check-in. No weapons of any kind or outside drinks will be permitted. For any required prescription medications, please be sure they are in correct packaging (mixed pills will not be permitted) with a label that matches your ID.

How do I check-In?

Please have your Eventbrite ticket open on your mobile device and ID ready at check-in. No printing necessary!

Where do I park?

If y'all have been to South End, then you already know - driving on NYE in general is not recommended and we are anticipating parking in this neighborhood to be extremely difficult. Please use public transport or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) to safely make your way to and from our celebration.

What is the recommended attire? Will there be a coat check?

You only have one shot to ring in 2024, so bring it with your cocktail attire game and unique Studio 54 sparkle! We'll also have coat check available for your layers.

What are the food options?

There will be a limited, late night menu available for purchase.

What payment types are accepted?

Only credit cards are accepted as we do not take cash. Pre-purchased tickets do not cover shots, food, or top shelf liquor (unless the VIP pass is purchased) so make sure to bring a card to purchase anything additional!

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales for this once a year event are final. If the event is cancelled, we will refund the tickets  Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Do Red and Gold Pass Tickets include access to the Frank White Experience in the Gilded Cellar?

Accepted Answer

Red and Gold Pass Tickets do not include access to the Frank White Experience hosted in the Gilded Cellar and Frank White Experience ticket holders do not have access to the upstairs event. Tickets for each event must be purchased separately to access both events.
