The tour starts at 10 AM. Check-in begins at 9.50 AM. A 15-minute market overview begins at 10 AM. Anyone running late has a 15-minute buffer to meet the group prior to the group leaving on the free trolley.

What happens if I miss the tour?

There are no refunds. Anyone notifying the tour host Peter Zalewski (305-321-7383) by phone or text before 10.15 AM on the scheduled date will be given an opportunity to take the same tour on the next scheduled date. Anyone who fails to the notify the tour host will forfeit their fee.

The tour typically requires attendees to walk about four miles at a relaxed pace.

Will it cost anything more than the ticket price?

No. The tour is a walking tour that also includes riding free public transportation. There will be opportunities along the tour to purchase at your own cost any food or drink.

In addition to providing an overview of the submarket, tour host Peter Zalewski will provide you with a prinout of all of the condo projects in the submarket walked, a statistical handout to assess the health of each condo project and answer all of your questions.

Host Peter Zalewski will provide a straightforward overview of each project verbally or statistically. This is a not a tour to sell you units.

Will I be presented condo units to buy?

No. This is an educational tour to teach you how to assess the health of a condo project. Host Peter Zalewski is a licensed Florida real estate broker but is not interested in working with you. If after the tour you want to work with his firm, you are free to do so by calling 305.865.5859.

Can buyers bring their Realtors along?

Yes. As long as every attendee has a ticket, they are welcome to join the tour. Please note, the tour is educational so some of the things noted may contradict what your agent has told you.

It is a great way for tour host Peter Zalewski to follow the market by being forced to conduct the research, follow the news and actually walk the streets in hopes of maintaining a great understanding of market conditions.

No. The tour has a maximum crowd of 10 people but a minimum of five people. If the minimum number of tickets has not been sold by 5 pm on the Friday prior to the tour, the tour will be canceled and all tickets will be refunded.
