Center Club Orange County Members and Orange County School of the Arts Culinary Students will team up with the Club Sous Chefs to demonstrate their talent in two rounds of Culinary Competition and raise funds for the 2018 Center Club Cares beneficiary, Orange County School of the Arts.   
Judges: Wing Lam, Neil Saavedra, and Marc Wilson
Orange County School of the Arts Students: John Yi, Jr., Dakari Harris, Henry Barber and Cloyce Martin 
Center Club Orange County Members: Evelyn Zohlen, Ryan Seven, Jerri Rosen and Adam Miller

Join us for an evening of Culinary Competition Hosted by Simon Majumdar: Simon Majumdar is a world-renowned broadcaster and author who has dedicated the second half of his time on this planet to fulfill his ambition to "Go Everywhere. Eat Everything."  It is a journey that has taken him to all fifty states and dozens of countries around the world.  He has written three books including Eat My Globe, Eating for Britain and Fed, White and Blue.  Simon is also a well-recognized personality on the Food Network, regularly appearing on shows such as Iron Chef America, The Next Iron Chef, The Best Thing I Ever Ate, Cutthroat Kitchen, Extreme Chef and Beat Bobby Flay.  He has also appeared as an expert commentator on Nations Geographic's major series "EAT: The Story of Food."  
This year's Judges consist of:  
Wing Lam-Co-founder of Wahoo's Fish Taco in 1988 and has nearly 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry.  Wing actively supports many national and local community-based events and serves as a board member of various non-profit organizations. 
Neil Saavedra-Co-hosted the television show "Breakfast Lunch and Dinner".  Now hosts The Fork Report on KFI, a show that covers all things food and all things food-related. 
Chef Marc Wilson- started his career at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan. Marc is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Administrator as well as Worl Certified Executive Chef.
