I may not know everything there is to know about baking sourdough... but I've given away almost 200 loaves since the pandemic started, and I'd love to teach you what I do know. We'll drink some wine, graze a charcuterie board or two, laugh a ton, and be indoctrinated into this whole SOURDOUGH WORLD. By the time you leave, your heart will be full, AND you'll probably have a name picked out for your very own starter. I've named mine "Audrey," in reference to "Little Shop of Horrors" ("FEED ME, SEYMOUR!"). Not only that, but you'll also understand why the phrase "BY GOLLY" is so significant to me!
