Beginner — Sourdough Starter Class

Build on your starter knowledge and learn dough mixing, fermentation, stretching, shaping, and scoring. 11:00–11:15 AM  : Welcome & Starter Review
Review starter readiness and prepare for hands-on baking.

11:15–11:35 AM : Ingredients & Hydration
Learn how flour, water, and hydration affect your dough.

1:35 AM–12:10 PM :  Hands-On Dough Mixing
Mix your dough and learn proper dough development techniques.

12:10–12:30 PM :  Stretch & Fold Techniques
Practice building strength and structure in your dough.

12:30–12:45 PM :  Bulk Fermentation
Learn how to recognize when you're dough is properly fermented.

12:45–12:55 PM :  Shaping & Scoring
Practice shaping and preparing your dough for baking.

12:55–1:00 PM :  Q&A & Troubleshooting
Review techniques and get answers to your sourdough questions.


 Intermediate — Hands-On Sourdough Class

Learn how to control timing, temperature, and fermentation.

11:30 AM–12:05 PM : High Hydration Dough
Work with higher hydration dough and advanced mixing techniques.

12:05–12:30 PM : Dough Strength & Fermentation
Learn advanced techniques for developing structure and consistency.

12:30–12:45 PM : Advanced Shaping & Scoring
Practice decorative scoring and techniques for improved oven spring.

12:45–12:55 PM : Baking Techniques
