What will I leave the class with?

Accepted Answer

You will leave with one freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread and a bowl containing dough that you made during class, so you have the opportunity to practice your shaping, scoring, and baking at home! You'll also get your matcha latte, iced or hot, with a varied selection of milks and syrups.
