Sourdough Bread Making Class
Come learn the basics of making Sourdough bread with a live demonstration and question and answer session.
This class will introduce you to the art of making sourdough bread. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and will also leave with their very own sourdough starter in a 30 oz glass jar. If you have questions, please contact Andrea Sherrill (andrea_sherrill@ncsu.edu or 704-878-3157)
