Sourdough Beginner Class<h2>Welcome to our Sourdough Beginner Class!</h2> Why take a class from me?Over the past three years, I have perfected my own method of making and baking sourdough. As a mom, I do not have much free time to spend hours in the kitchen, so I developed a very hands-off, high-reward method that I would love to share with other busy people! We anticipate that tickets will sell out quickly, but don’t worry, we plan to offer more classes in the future. This class will cover how to maintain your starter, my very own sourdough recipe, step by step guides, free goodies, and a basic kit to help get you started. The kit will include: scale, container for mixing &amp; proofing, lame for scoring, food thermometer, and ingredient's for your first loaf! Love, Brooklin @forestgrovesourdough
