Description: Calling all Sourdough enthusiasts or students of our Sourdough 101 class! We’re continuing our bread making journey with this session in our Sourdough baking series. Note; this class is intended for those with some sourdough baking experience, but all are welcome. Don’t forget to bring your starter!

What You’ll Learn: We will discuss how to “read” both your sourdough starter and doughs in various stages. Learn about “bakers percentage” and how to add your started to any recipe. Finally, we will cover baking with your discard, and learn to make crackers, cake, and granola using your unfed starter.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! Contact regina@bradlyshg.gmail.com for all private parties/class inquiries.
