Sourdough 101 – Learn to Bake Artisan Sourdough at Home

Have you always wanted to learn how to make sourdough bread but didn’t know where to start? Join us for a beginner-friendly Sourdough 101 class where you’ll learn the foundations of baking beautiful artisan sourdough.

In this class we’ll cover:

🥖 What sourdough starter is and how it works

🥖 How to feed and maintain a healthy starter

🥖 Mixing, folding, and shaping dough

🥖 Fermentation basics and timing

🥖 Baking tips for a perfect crust and crumb

Each attendee will receive:

• A live sourdough starter to take home

• A recipe + step-by-step instructions

• Their own loaf of dough to take home, proof, and bake the next day

• The confidence to start baking sourdough in their own kitchen

This class is perfect for complete beginners or anyone who has tried sourdough and wants to better understand the process.

Spots are limited to keep the class small and hands-on.
