Get ready to start your sourdough journey!

You will leave class with bread dough to bake at home and your very own sourdough starter! We will go over in detail how to maintain your starter, as well as tips & tricks for baking delicious sourdough goodies!

• Large mixing bowl
• Scraper/spatchula
• 1 and 1/4 measuring cups
• 5lb bag of all purpose flour
• Wide mouth quart jar
• Tea towel or dish towel

• Apron
• Notebook & pen
