Discover the magic of sourdough at Rancho Moonrise! This hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners and will guide you through creating, feeding, and baking with your very own sourdough starter. You’ll learn mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking techniques while gaining the confidence to make bakery-quality bread at home.

During class, you’ll enjoy tastings of fresh sourdough paired with a seasonal beverage and may even get to bake a batch of holiday treats to take home, like chocolate crinkle or thumbprint cookies—using your starter’s “discard”!
