Emily lovingly describes sound baths as "meditation without the meditation" — where you’re gently guided into a state of deep rest and spaciousness, with nothing to do, no effort to make, and nowhere to be.

As the soothing frequencies move through your body, they begin to soften the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and support healing on both a cellular and energetic level.

Each session unfolds uniquely. You might feel a wave of emotional release, a lightness where there was once tension, a better night’s sleep, or simply a sense of coming home to yourself.

All you need to do is arrive as you are. Lie back, breathe deeply, and let the sounds wash over you - gently returning you to stillness, softness, and presence.

Please note:

Sound baths are safe and supportive for most people, but may not be suitable for:
– Those in the first trimester of pregnancy (although many find sound healing beneficial — bowls are not placed on the body, so this is at your discretion)
– Those with sound- or frequency-induced epilepsy
– Individuals with pacemakers or implanted medical devices
– Those with tinnitus (earplugs may help)
– Anyone with sensory sensitivity, dissociation, or sound-related overwhelm
– People with PTSD or a history of trauma — while often deeply supportive, sound healing can occasionally surface emotional or somatic memories
