What should you bring for the session?

Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided, however you're welcome to bring yours if you'd like.

What to expect during the soundbath.

Each person's experience is unique on each sound bath session is different. Most people enjoy a deep sense of relaxation, some even falling deeply asleep, while others remain restfully awake.

How often can l attend Soundbaths?

You can attend as many in person as you wish, as well as listening to some on our YouTube channel. If you make meditation a regular part of your Wellness program, it becomes easier to stay grounded when faced with stressful situations.
