Welcome to Source Field Sound,

Set Up your Sacred Space and Allow the SoundBath to transport you to deep peace with the healing tones of Crystal Singing Bowls, Connect to you inner wisdom through guided meditations, Recieve Support with Reiki Energy and Sound, and Hone your astral skills in the virtual community.

This Virtual SoundBath is intended to provide a space and time for you to practice INTEGRATION . SoundBath may provide a meditative opportunity to be connected in the body through restful states. By exploring deeply lucid states of awareness of the thought landscape through the trance like states induced by the Crystal Singing Bowls we may come to know ourselves more deeply, and unsterstand our lived expiriences more presently and in a more embodied way.

What can I expect from a SoundBath? A SoundBath is an arrangement of ambient music of Crystal Singing Bowls, which most commonly people listen to or receive laying down. People may have a range of experiences, such as the feeling of dreaming, meditating, of being in deep in thought, or deep rest, and a quiet mind. You can expect to be guided by Source Field Sound in Meditation to lay down for the extended time of up to 60 minutes, in which time you’ll hear the ambient music and be allowed to have a self guided journey with the sounds. You may have a physical, mental, or spiritual journey during this time, or simply rest. We hope you’ll allow yourself to explore your mind, and ease your body, and that you enjoy the music of the Crystal Singing Bowls.

How to prepare for your SoundBath? For virtual experiences we recommend using headphones, or an auxiliary speaker for the sound quality of the singing bowls. Create a cozy and safe Sacred Space with blankets and comforts, by closing the door, notifying roommates of your meditation time, and getting needy pets settled before the start time.

You may also want you have a water, a journal or notes, crystals, meditation talismans, or anything else for your inspiration and integration. This is the time and space that you are creating for your E X P A N S I O N and Integration. . .

As Source Field Sound she practices Quantum Holographic Healing, using Crystal Singing Bowls + Sacred Sound to channel transmissions for inter-dimentional integrations, geometric light-codes, healing alignments, and activations for our future selves.
