Yes, your item will hold the energy that is co-created by the group through our sound transformative practices. You may also bring an item to have with you. We will be using specific curated sounds that transform our body, mind, and spirit into restorative states as we connect as a group.

Do I need to bring a drum?

No. Everything other than your altar item is provided. There is participation as well as listening and connecting within.

Is this gathering open to all ages?

Yes, these practices are useful for teens with attendance by parent or guardian as well as all ages of adults. The opportunity to share this event with another person is encouraged as it often may create gentle, loving, and restorative connections.
