What should I wear ?

Comfortable clothing as you will be sitting for 1hr. Clothing should allow movement for table stretching, if you choose to partake.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat if you have one, if not don't worry.

Where do I park?

Around the back of the building. Ring doorbell we will let you in. Or you can follow the path on the left of the building to the main event door. Look for balloons.

What to expect?

Laying on a yoga mat or chair. 60 minutes of relaxation, by meditation and Sound Bowl. We will work with crystals to unblock chakras. Fire release ceremony to start.
