Sound & Movement
Overview
Join us for a gentle and exploratory evening of movement and sound at the library. This session is designed to help you feel more free, empowered, and connected in your body — no experience required.
We’ll begin with guided breath and mindful movement, offering space to tune in, loosen up, and follow your body’s own intelligence. You’ll be invited to ask questions — not just with your words, but with your body in motion.
We’ll close with a brief sound experience to help you integrate and settle.
What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- A pillow or bolster
- A blanket or warm layer (some people get chilly when resting)
RSVP: at the library, on bristollib.com or by calling: 860-584-7787 x 3.
No charge. 18+
