Sound Mind Workshop

Southborough Youth and Family Services is a human and social service resource for the community. The department employs licensed mental health professionals who can provide free short-term counselling services, clinical consultation, and referral support for Southborough residents. They coordinate prevention programs on matters such as substance abuse prevention, stress management, Mental Health First Aid, and family support. Need-based services such as Holiday Giving, camp scholarships, emergency funds, and fuel assistance programs are also available. A free 16 week music mentored program for Southborough youth ages 7-11 with music therapist, Jenna Greczek. Students will enjoy music exploration with different instruments and incorporate mindfulness exercises.
