Meditation: you will begin the journey with a groudning meditation, being guided to tune into each of your senses, what can you see? Hear? Feel? Smell?
Breathwork: as you are then invited to come into stillness, allow yourself to begin to relax and let go as you are guided through some restorative breathwork practices. This will help you land in the present moment and become ready to receive the sound.
Sound healing: for the remainder of the session all you need to do is lay back and be open to receiving the sound of the instruments. Allow the crystal singing bowls to transport you into the Theta brainwave state, bringing your whole body into balance and opening you to the infinite possibilities of inner transformation.
On the day:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring with you a pillow, yoga mat, blanket, bolster and anything else to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Please note that the hall can get quite cold, so bring extra blankets!!
You may also like to bring a journal and some water, and anything else you feel called to.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can create your space and settle in.
