Most often we spend our time constantly doing; doing our jobs, doing our chores, doing things for others etc, and then the time we aren't doing, we are thinking about what needs to be done next. This constant loop of thought makes us tired, and doesn't allow us to fully rest, relax and replenish ourselves on a whole mind/body/soul level. When in this state for a prolonged time, our body systems can become out of balance.

But, what's this got to do with a sound journey?

This sound journey is all about forgetting the doing, and bringing you into the present moment, coming back to yourself and simply just allowing yourself to be. It's a really beautiful opportunity to allow yourself to let go, to relax and to become open to the parts of yourself that may need some extra love and care. It is also a really powerful tool in bringing your body back into balance; regulating the nervous system, easing anxious thoughts, helping relieve stress, lower blood pressure, bring clarity to your thoughts and decisions, help you access spiritual connection, the list goes on.

Throughout the 90 minute session, you will be guided through a combination of meditation, breath work and sound healing therapy by a trained facilitator. This structure and combination of modalities gently guides you into a deep relaxation, where you will be able to embrace the present moment and embark on your own personal being journey.

So, allow yourself to take some long overdue "me time" and come into being, not doing.

On the day:

- Please wear comfy clothes and bring with you a yoga mat (or something to lay on), pillow/s, blanket, water and anything else to make you feel connected and comfortable e.g. journal, crystals, eye mask, etc.

-Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in and comfy
