Her work invites us to experience music as medicine through sound meditation, breathing practices, yoga, and ritual healing arts—  fusing ancient technologies with modern modalities. A Yoga Alliance Certified 500 RYT <SPAN>with 25 years of practice and study, she integrates</SPAN> traditional and therapeutic yoga, restorative, posture, back care, meditation, and nature-based traditions. An accomplished singer, graduate of the music program at Barnard College Columbia University and SAG-AFTRA member, she holds credits in major motion pictures such as Home Alone.
