This intensive training is perfect for those who want to learn more about how sound therapy can increase one's quality of life and promote health and wellness. Whether you want to become a Sound Therapy practitioner or use Sound Healing in your own personal healing and meditation practice. This training is also a wonderful opportunity for massage therapists, yoga instructors, reiki practitioners, life coaches, counselors, therapists, Nurses, Nurse practitioners, other medical practitioners, alternative medicine practitioners, or other healing arts practitioners, who want to learn how to incorporate sound therapy into their practices. You will be able to conduct a Sound Therapy session and more when you are finished.

This Sound Healing Therapy training not only teaches you the science and practice of Sound Healing Therapy but goes beyond learning to play quartz crystal bowls and other instruments. In addition to these instruments, you will also learn about using cymatic frequencies and vibroacoustics in your practice. If you choose to add one of the in-person practicum options, you will get to experience a session on the vibroacoustic bed. Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy allows you to target specific issues using scientifically identified healthy frequencies to address them. It allows you to also target specific brain wave states/states of consciousness, depending on the individual’s needs and condition. People have called it “Sound Healing on Steroids!” At this training course, you also get to experience playing a large variety of instruments. You are treated to a Sound Bath Magical Vision Journey with quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, Sansula, specialized drums, metallophone, Freenotes, monochords, Reverie Harp, and many more world Sound Healing Instruments, over 50 in all. You will not only learn to create a sound bath but how to create a world sound vision journey with Sound Healing instruments. The optional in-person practice day classes are small, much like private training, with plenty of time to practice, experience the vibroacoustic bed, ask questions, and be treated to a live Sound Bath World Vision Journey to see and hear how it all comes together. After completing the 7 live Zoom classes, all students will receive 5 instructional videos on playing techniques for singing bowls, gongs, and many more world sound healing instruments, many of which you have never seen used in sound healing before. The possibilities are endless and this course will change the way you look at everything in your reality. No instruments are required and all levels are welcome.

About the Instructor:

Barbara Spaulding, RN, BSN, Certified Master Sound Healer, Clinical Sound Therapist, Hypnotist, Sound Healing Therapy Master Practitioner Teacher/Trainer

Ms. Spaulding has over 250 hours of training and over a decade of experience in Sound Healing Therapy. She received her certification from the Globe Sound and Consciousness Institute in San Francisco, California in 2012. She continued her studies with John Stuart Reid English acoustics engineer, scientist, and inventor of the Cymascope Pro, who has studied the world of sound for over 30 years investigating sound as a formative force and discovering why sound heals. Ms. Spaulding combines her years of training and experience in both Sound Therapy and Nursing to create a practice that is grounded in science, along with the physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic principles of sound, vibration, and music. Her sound therapy treatments are a groundbreaking combination of sound healing instruments and vibroacoustic sound bed therapy. She also has developed a cutting-edge therapy combining Sound Healing and Hypnosis. Barbara’s own personal experience with pain led her to explore Sound Healing and its techniques. Through Sound Healing Therapy she has found natural pain relief, spiritual development, and a way to help others live better lives.

Prior to her career as a Certified Master Sound Healer and Clinical Sound Therapist, Barbara Spaulding received her Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Nursing from the University of Arizona. She holds an active nursing license in Florida and New York. Barbara has 40+ years of Nursing experience and 17 years as a Director of The Youth Ballet Company and School in upstate New York. During her nursing career, she has worked with patients and students in many areas of medicine. She has also directed two government grants to train nurses who work with people with developmental disabilities. As a nurse, she has worked with many people with painful conditions, injuries, and syndromes. As a nurse and a former dancer, she is familiar with the body, its anatomy, and physiology, along with diseases and injuries. Ms. Spaulding is also a certified hypnotist and has been a student of Yoga Science, Meditation, and Relaxation Techniques. She is familiar with the Chakra centers of the body and can help her clients balance those centers. Ms. Spaulding offers private sessions, group sessions, Sound Healing concerts, lectures, and Sound Healing Practitioner Certificate Training. Ms. Spaulding is also a member of the Medical Sound Association working with Doctors, Scientists, Therapists, Sound Healers, and more to develop and standardize Sound Therapy treatments to use in hospitals and clinics throughout the world.

​7 online live Zoom classes will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 pm approximately. Some classes are a bit shorter and some longer. All classes are recorded live and sent to you for your reference and review. Can't make a class live it's OK you will receive the recording after class. • Learn how to use your creativity to guide clients on a beautiful healing journey. Not just playing instruments but vision journeys of sound. Taking your groups and private clients to other worlds through sound.
• How to choose your own Sound Healing Instruments and Bowls reviewed
• What notes go together with demonstration
• Experience a Vibroacoustic bed session with Psychoacoustic music.
• Experience a live Sound Bath Vision Journey over 50 World Sound Healing Instruments.

• Includes all of the Day 1 in-person curriculum from above and:
• Create, practice, and perform a Sound Healing Therapy session including the vibroacoustic bed, and a live sound bath for your teacher and fellow students.
• Gain experience and build confidence by putting together and performing your own sound healing therapy sessions. Leave with a complete program ready to start doing your own sessions as a professional Sound Healer.
• Learn how to play your instruments in the most beneficial order.
• More about combining sounds and frequencies properly, and creating layers of sound.
• Review using and achieving specific brainwave states for the best outcomes for your clients and groups.
• Gain clarity as to what instruments you want to integrate into your sound baths initially and in the future. There are so many to choose from! You choose what you have to start with and we will design a sound bath program for you to perform.
• Leave knowing that you can and will use sound healing to change lives!
• Receive an Advanced Sound Healing Certification Certificate for completion of the Advanced Sound Healing Therapy Practitioner training at Sound Healing.

All Zoom live classes are recorded and sent to you after the class, so if you have to miss one you will have the recording to watch.
