Sound Healing & Self Care Tuning Fork Workshop

Join us for a new workshop hosted by Amy Butler at Phoenix Yoga!

Amy will train attendees in the basics of how the Sonic Slider Tuning Fork can be used for at home self care.

Amy has been utilizing this tuning fork with her clients for the last 7 years and has found it to be a great tool for use at home to maintain chronic pain issues, grounding, and help in dealing with big emotions like grief and anxiety. This fork in particular can help with chronic knee pain, foot pain, jaw issues and nervous system regulation.

Training is approx. 45 minutes and sound healing session is approx. 45 mins for a total of a 90 min workshop (with a restroom break between the two portions of class).

There will be a restorative group Sound Bath for the attendees. Experience the sounds & vibrations of: Tibetan 5 metals handmade singing bowls ranging the 7+ chakra frequencies, Koshi Chimes, Crystal bowls, Drumming, Rain sounds, & more

This full body vibrational sound healing bath will help to balance our chakra system, aiding in a calmer nervous system and overall feelings of peace.​
