Join us for a sound mediation and let the vibrations relax you and melt the stress away preparing you for a good night's rest. This sound healing session uses both crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to clear and balance your energy centers as you drift in and out of a meditative state allowing your body to balance and heal.
Reservations are required and space is limited.
