Sound Healing Hydrotherapy
Join Nolen and Lauren for a rejuvenating and immersive experience at One Tree Wellness. Our Sound Healing Hydrotherapy event combines the healing power of sound therapy with the soothing effects of hydrotherapy. Your body will enter a parasympathetic state where natural healing can occur. You will experience instruments from all over the world including crystal and metal singing bowls, didgeridoo, handpan, tongue drum, native drum, gongs and various other percussion to bring you to a state of calm and balance. Let the harmonious melodies wash away your stress and tension, while the warm waters of our hydrotherapy pool relax your body and mind. At this in-person event, you can choose to receive the healing vibrations in the warm salt water pool or to enjoy pool-side. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and find inner peace. Don't miss out on this unique and transformative experience!
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for the pool-side option. If you choose the in-pool options, please bring towel, swimsuit and robe. Doors open at 6:00pm and sound starts promptly at 6:30. Please come early so that you are set up in your comfort zone by 6:30. Register ahead of time as this event will sell out!
