Sound Healing Event: Donation-Based

Come relax, release and reset in this candlelit sound bath at First Street Studio.

I create an intuitive soundscape through the use of the voice, handpan, singing bowls and chimes that will lull you into a place of deep introspection and rest.

The focus will be on recieiving - creating a space for you to come as you are - and nurture your nervous system.

Sound healing is a form of meditation that utilizes vibrations and music to put the mind and body at ease. It's not just about listening; it's a holistic experience that has many benefits including re-balancing the nervous system, aiding in emotional release or deep visualization, and even has physical benefits such as reducing blood pressure and alleviating pain.

• Blanket/pillows/anything to get cozy

Hello! I’m Annie Bosco, a former people-pleaser turned empowered empath. As a musician and community builder here in Austin, I've unearthed my passion for fostering spaces where raw expression and co-creation are at the forefront.
