Join Adriana Dobbs, certified sound practitioner through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA) in a 45-minute crystal singing bowls bath immersed in lavender aromatherapy.
Sound bath therapy can retune your body, mind, and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing, and wellness. When relaxing through soothing sound and vibration, your body is affected on a cellular level, opening energy flow to move you back toward healthy alignment. Some benefits of sound bath therapy include:

- Reduction of stress and anxiety
- Increased feelings of happiness, joy, and tranquility
- Reduction in fatigue and depression
- Lowering of heart rate and blood pressure
- Ease of chronic pain and inflammation
- Promotes restful sleep

To support you in this laying down experience, we provide a yoga mat, blanket, and small bolster. We encourage you to bring a pillow for your comfort. If you are cold-natured, dressing is layers may be helpful, as your body temperature may decreased as you relax. It is recommended that you are well-hydrated with water to optimize your experience.
A sound bath is not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, those with thrombosis, or those with low blood pressure. If you have sound sensitivities, please speak with Adriana before signing up. In person sound baths may produce monaural beats, if you are prone to seizures, it is recommended you check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your facilitator know.
Participants are asked to arrive 10 min prior to the session start time. Doors close at scheduled start times. Due to the nature of this class, late arrivals will not be permitted
