Katie from Gaffney Healing and Jen are coming together to create a magical healing evening. Join us for a healing sound bath, where you will also be receiving acupuncture! There are general acupuncture point combos that promote balance and relaxation, and Katie will be administering these during the sound bath.

This restorative evening offers a container for deep rejuvenation, energetic alignment and a place to release that which is no longer serving you. Start your week from an aligned and healed space!

For the sound bath, Jen will vocals, gongs, drums, chimes, and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set.

Do I need to bring anything?

This studio has everything you need! Just bring a water bottle.

Is it safe?

While the bowls can sometimes be intense and loud, it is safe to participate. Please use your discretion if you are pregnant or have any health issues.

Are we doing yoga?

No... you simply come and lie down and get comfy to receive the healing the sound offers.

Does acupuncture hurt?

It doesn't necessarily hurt, but it can sometimes feel uncomfortable. You'll feel a tiny prick initially, but it passes once the needles are in place. Katie will be there for you if you should feel any discomfort past the initial placement.

Is Katie a licensed acupuncturist?

Yes! Her NV license # is 2008 and CA license # is 16436.

Hi, I'm Jen. I am a sound journey facilitator based in Reno, Nevada. My mission is to provide a healing environment for beautiful souls to access all of the light and tools they already have within themselves. I use crystal sound bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, vocals and a harmonium to create a therapeutic and relaxing sound experience and environment.
