This VIRTUAL sound bath will be the perfect way to relax. Unwind with a guided meditation and sound bath led by Alice Hu of Woo Woo Company. Alice is an RYT-200 vinyasa flow yoga teacher with Reiki I and II certifications. She loves to incorporate meditation and breathing exercises into her classes. Alice is also the founder of Woo Woo Company, a company bringing new and unique wellness topics to Washington, D.C. in the form of events and content.
