Yes!! however, children of toddler age would probably find one hour of relaxation or quiet time too much.

What are the benefits of a sound bath?

Our bodies are made up of energy meridians. When our nervous systems become frazzled especially over a long period of time, physical, mental & emotional illness can occur. The instruments used are designed to produce a frequency that decompresses our nervous systems & reorganizes our energy field.
