Scientific studies have shown that sound frequencies can produce changes in the autonomic, immune, endocrine, and neuropeptide systems. Sound has the potential and capability to affect the nervous system, it also helps still the mind and allows the body to deeply relax. In this state, one can begin to process and release blocks and come to a deep physical relaxation.
