Wellness Wednesday Sound Journey with Four Directions Sound Collective
Come join us at Phoenix Rising Wellness and Meditation Center for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation with the Four Directions Sound Collective. This 5 person team of sound healers takes you on a journey through the magical sounds of the Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, tuning forks, the shamanic drum, rattles, whistles, chimes and more. Let the soothing sounds guide you towards inner peace and wellness as the healing hands on touch of reiki brings healing on all levels (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual). This in-person event is perfect for unwinding and a wonderful way to get through the midweek blues.
*We provide mats, blankets, and eye pillows. No need to bring anything but yourself ..... and maybe a friend ;)
