Do I have to pay the parking fee to enter the park for this class?

No, your registration for your program includes entry into the park for the day but does not include admission for any non-registered guests. You are welcome to stay and explore the grounds after your class is over until the park closes for the evening.

Where does this class meet?

Our classes are hosted at a variety of locations throughout the Arboretum property. Details about each class's meeting location are shared with participants two days before the class.

Where can I find the promo code for my Arboretum Membership discount?

We share the discount code in our member newsletters a couple of times a year. If you are not sure what that code is, please email us at adulteducation@ncarboretum.org and we can share it with you if your membership is active.

Are there options to purchase food at the NC Arboretum?

Our Bistro is open from 10 am - 4 pm daily after March 1st, but this is subject to change. If you want to check before planning your meals around a class, please call the main Arboretum line at 828-665-2492. There are also vending machines located at each building with snacks and drinks available.

Can I bring my dog or child with me to this class?

No, for the safety, comfort, and respect of the other students, we do not allow students to bring unregistered guests or pets with them to class without prior approval.

Experience the magic of Sound Baths in the Gardens. While relaxing amongst the flora, be soothed by the sounds of unique instruments used to reset your nervous system. This 60-minute pause from your day-to-day will be nestled in the gardens of The NC Arboretum: a nature home away from home. If it's raining, don't worry. There is a beautiful indoor space with large windows overlooking the forest so you can still soak in the magic without being actually soaked.

Your ticket grants you access into The NC Arboretum (feel free to explore their exhibits afterwards!). You can bring your own mat or borrow one of ours for $5.

If weather allows, this program will take place outside and will follow easy trails and paved walkways. Dress for the weather and prepare to be outside for the entire program time.
