Professional Sound Therapist, Jessica Kirschner, will guide you through an intimate 60-minute healing meditation using a variety of Tibetan singing bowls and various instruments.

Based on ancient healing techniques, Sound Therapy uses a range of vibrations and sounds that penetrate the body on a cellular level to relax and harmonize the mind, body, and soul. These healing frequencies stimulate brain waves, regulate the nervous system, synchronize the hemispheres of the brain, and promote inner peace. In addition to relief from chronic pain and headaches, benefits of a sound bath may include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, relief from digestive disorders, and promote emotional healing.

A Sound Bath is like a deep tissue massage for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being!

Just as a massage therapist works to release tension in your muscles, the vibrations from our instruments delve deep into your body, much like ripples through water. Because our bodies are largely composed of liquid, these vibrations have the ability to move through our tissues and organs. In doing so, the sounds and vibrations gently dissolve energy blockages and foster an sense of calmness and relaxation.

Wear warm and loose fitting clothing you’re comfortable lying down in. Please bring a pillow for your head and a water bottle. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed.

Class will meet at The Rookwood Pottery Building in Mt. Adams, Cincinnati. Studio is on the 2nd floor. Elevator not available. Free parking lot.

We are excited to co-create this space with you. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in. To maintain the integrity of the class, we close the doors promptly at the starting time.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the small and intimate nature of our studio, please do not attend class if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness. Attending class while sick can spread your illness to classmates. Many individuals come to this space to relax and heal, so let's be mindful and considerate of others' well-being. Thank you!

What should I wear?

Please wear warm and loose fitting clothing you’re comfortable lying down in. You may start to feel cooler as you relax. Please bring a pair of socks if wearing sandals.

What should I bring?

Please bring a pillow for your head and a water bottle. A yoga mat, blanket, and bolster will be provided for your comfort.

Do I have to lay on the floor for the sound bath?

Your choice. We have reclining chairs (zero gravity chairs) if you prefer not to lay on a mat. Please let us know ahead of the class, on your registration form, if you'd like a chair.
