Bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable to lay on the ground for 1hour. Some suggested items:

  • A yoga mat/blanket

The sound bath will last 1 hour, with a few minutes of silence afterwards for integration and grounding.

Are children allowed to participate?

Yes they can, as long as they can remain conscious in keeping noise and movement to a minimum, for consideration towards other participants.
