Peace_With_Being presents a Sound Bath, Breath, and Meditation gathering


Experience the transformational benefits of a Sound Bath surrounded by plants. This evening is created to support the individual’s connection with their authentic conscious self.


The evening is inspired by the celebration of Mother’s Day. We honor the mother within us who nurtures our growth, heart and spirit. The mother who raised us may be male, an extended relative, or a person outside of the traditional family structure. This evening will be held in gratitude for the place marker of the Mother.

What is a Sound Bath?:

  • A Sound Bath is a sound emersion experience focused on breaking down stress stored inside the body.
  • Practitioners will be playing state of the art instruments keenly tuned to meridian flow of energy.

Tapping into the depths of your hidden intentions, blockages of self-doubt and welcoming your manifestations with a high energetic vibration.


  • Embracing our highest intention with submerging our body into sound will aid three things: mental agility, deep rest, & high energetic vibrations.
  • This practice is a form of medicine to gain mental agility against the constant stream of thought, which is harmful to overall condition of the human experience.
  • Giving yourself the gift of deep rest opens the gateway to clarity, creativity, problem solving, and a better understanding on personal needs.
  • Like a magnet our energetic vibrations will work to attract or to repel (push away). Engaging with energetic hygiene will help you maintain peace, attract desires and expand self-awareness. One must not live in a world of toxic positivity but truly embrace its whole self when addressing energetic hygiene.


· Attending Class

  • Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and/or cover with (get cozy)
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Refrain from eating heavily 1.5 to 2 hours before practice
  • Come 10-15 minutes prior to class start time
  • Silence cell phone
  • Doors will lock at 7:30 p.m.
