Join us for a 45-minute Sound Meditation (Sound Bath). Staci plays the beautiful gong, singing bowls, drums, and other instruments. Helps relax your mind/body/ spirit, release trapped emotions, brain fog and the list goes on. Come get your ZEN time! Allow these instruments and meditation to help reset your mind and body. Dress comfortable and bring your water, we have everything else you will need. No movement required. Arrive by 11:50am to get set up. Sound Meditation will begin at noon. Door will lock at noon with no entry after. No tickets sold at door. You will be finished and out the door by 12:50 pm. No refunds but you can give your ticket to a friend to use for the same date/time. Hammock or Yoga Mat (first to arrive gets choice)
