You will be guided into relaxation while immersed in soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments. The sound experience supports nervous system regulation, quiet reflection, and inner spaciousness, allowing each participant to receive exactly what they need.

No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is required. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a calm, nurturing environment.
